Moved from CA to NC in 2016. I work full-time in Human Resources for a tech company and looking to retire early and transition to full-time investing by 2025. Born and raised in the SF Bay Area. Novice real estate investor. My husband and I have purchased, rehabbed and sold 2 of our primary residences and looking to move into flipping more properties to increase initial capital and then additionally include buy and holds to expand our portfolio and long-term wealth and ultimately create a family business thru real estate. I would like to offer my time and services in exchange for exposure. I am looking to get my feet wet and my hands dirty so to speak to learn this business. I can offer assistance on both sides of the deal; I can help with paperwork, calls, contracts, marketing, etc or demo, clean-up, running errands, painting, etc in exchange for your time and mentorship.
