Stephanie Jacobson

I am a real estate agent with Yaman Commercial and co-owner of J2 Home Revival. I specialize in the Syracuse, Ithaca, Finger Lakes and Binghamton markets. As an agent, I work solely with investors, new and experienced. Most agents hesitate to take on green landlords and flippers because the financial payoff is higher elsewhere, but I love you guys! Each investor I meet teaches me something new and inspires me with their enthusiasm. J2 Home Revival is our contracting and flipping company. My husband and I started out with a small handyman and renovation business in 2013 and have grown towards real estate investing since then. His father owns a large rental company, so he grew up flipping and renting distressed properties. We started our first flip with a private investor in fall of 2016. We enjoy flipping and dream of offering a start-to-finish experience for homebuyers, from search to purchase to renovation. The main goal is to improve communities and help folks get into homes they'll love.
