Howdy! I am a graduate of (IMO) the best university, Texas A&M University. My boyfriend and I are currently looking and analyzing different markets to purchase our first rental property! We are excited as we are finally at a point where we are happy with the amount of cash we have saved to start investing! Until then, I spend most of my free time, if not all, reading the forum posts and listening to BP podcasts. I enjoy all things outdoors (horseback riding, running, golfing, lake days, etc.) as well as quality time with my friends, family and boyfriend of 8 years. I am excited to learn from you all here on BP!
