I am a US Citizen currently overseas in Melbourne, Australia. When I return home, though no certain time frame, I WILL be diving into real estate full steam ahead, but want to be well versed in this area. I am leaning on this community, the BP books and podcasts, and my own research to develop and enhance my skills. I am excited to be in community with one another. I am originally from Denver, but lived in Las Vegas for over 10 years. I'd like to explore other areas of the US and want to house hack in a safe community. Once I get my feet wet, BRRRR is on my Real Estate Radar. States/Cities I have considered house hacking in are Indiana, KY/Cincinnati border, PA, Nashville, Georgia, Arizona, NC, and other possibilities that are landlord friendly with a big rental market. I receive lots of messages from Real Estate Agents promoting themselves, but do not engage with me in the forum. I'd prefer a bit of open dialogue before you sell yourself to me. It feels like getting a flier on my windscreen. :) I hope to be a part of a team one day and if you throw REI zoom parties, I'd love to join!
