Hello there! I'm Stephanie, an investor and real estate broker. With Real Estate constantly evolving, staying at the forefront of the industry requires innovation and adaptability. The days of faxing or long phone calls for short questions are over. This is not to say that the emphasis on interpersonal connections is any less vital to a smooth transaction. But buying and selling real estate just doesn’t need to upend your life— or your schedule. There are great tools at our disposal in 2020, let’s use them! I enjoy creating relationships with my clients and becoming their trusted adviser. Buying or selling real estate can be immensely stressful. Building personal wealth, even more so. I’m committed to creating as smooth of a transaction as possible and more importantly, providing my clients with a great experience. To achieve this, I take an entirely different approach — I simplify the intimidating areas of real estate transactions. Also, I make it easy for my clients to ask me questions and then I make those answers as informative and digestible as possible. These are the biggest financial decisions most people make in their lives - making sure you understand what’s going on is not just important, it's essential. When I’m not serving my clients or searching out the next investment venture, I enjoy taking in Houston's awesome restaurants, hike & bike trails and museums. My husband and I are also in the process of remodeling his childhood home near the Meyerland area which we recently acquired. When we can venture a little farther from Houston, we love visiting what we consider to be our second home, the Pacific Northwest. There we admire old growth forests, enjoy the mild summers along the Oregon coastline and push ourselves to the limit with challenging hikes/climbs in the temperate rainforests. When possible, we entertain our more adventurous side by escaping to storm watch off the coast of Vancouver Island, B.C.
