So I do a lot of things. I am an investor / entrepreneur at heart. I absolutely believe I can make anything profitable with the right research and action. The more it excites and and equally freaks me out - the more I know I need to do it! I am a certified coach that works with entrepreneurs around sales strategy, sales leadership, and selling process. I am a licensed real estate agent in Florida. I actively invest in real estate (right now flipping but I also like rentals). I love the concept that I can come into a neighborhood and take a home that is de-valuing the whole neighborhood. I can make it and the properties around it more valuable.
