Stephen Cole

I'm a real estate investor in Hawaii, as well as a certified Project Management Professional looking to do more flips on Oahu. Experience: I have flipped a few SFR houses, both in Hawaii and out of state, and looking to make the jump into flipping as a business with private lenders, hard money lenders or JV partnerships. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to flip 4-5 SFRs in Hawaii this year, and to continue to build my company to serve more people in Hawaii. I'm also looking to invest in multi-family in the continental US. Currently Seeking: More leads, more deals, and more connections with other investors.
