Stephen Daniels

Hey everyone, My name is Steve Daniels. I am currently serving as an active duty Soldier for the US Army. My wife Stephanie and I have four beautiful little girls ranging from ages 10 - 2 yrs old. We have been considering beginning to invest in real estate for quite some time and feel like we are finally ready to make the jump. All in all our main reasons are the obvious (financial stability, passive income, getting ready for retirement) but the biggest has to do with my retirement from the military. I've spent years away from our children and family while deployed to numerous countries, that being said I would like to set up enough passive income to not have to start another career/9-5 once I retire (approx. 8 yrs from 2020). I also want the freedom to support my wife full time in a career of her choice / business venture. We are extremely excited to meet everyone in the future and hope to connect with other investors in our local area.
