Stephen Garmon

I'm a 31 year old Florida native that moved to Chicago to experience city living and seasons. In the last 5 years I managed a couple small distribution businesses in the electrical industry where I rapidly doubled them in sales and profits. My fiancé and I recently decided to pursue real estate and are looking to build enough passive income that we can "retire" and pursue our passion of international mission.
