Stephen Gause

I'm a licensed real estate agent working primarily in Middle Tennessee and the Nashville area. I'm an experienced rehabber as well. In 2021 I will be adding General Contractor to my tool belt as another licensure to further streamline and grow my investing business as well as to benefit my clients. My entry point and eventual career transition into real estate after 20 years in the music business was through house flipping. While I try not to "swing the hammer" very much these days (by instead project managing the subs on my flips) I have extensive experience in construction and renovations. I did the majority of the work on my first few flips so I've been in the trenches when it comes to rehabbing. These skills bring value to my clients whether they be investors themselves and need my guidance in estimating rehab costs or buyer/seller clients who rely on my experience to spot potential issues that an inspector might bring to light. Bigger Pockets has been such a valuable tool and a rich community that has grown my knowledge and passion for real estate. I'd love to connect with other like minded self-professed real estate nerds here on BP. If you are local and looking for flip opportunities I would be glad to help you locate a property. I'm a flipper who became an agent so I can speak your language. I know this market well and would be honored to help you through the process. I can also help you find BRRR rental opportunities as well. And finally if you just need to buy or sell a home I'd be happy to help you navigate this crazy hot market we call Middle Tennessee. I'm also interested in connecting with private lenders who can fund deals and I'm always open to partnerships that make sense on a case by case basis. In late 2021 and 2022 I plan to enter into the rental market with my own BRRR investments. I'm excited to begin building that portfolio. I hope to connect with many of the great folks from all around the Bigger Pockets community!
