A young man who graduated Olentangy Orange High School and has held a full time job for 5 years. I read "Commercial Real Estate for Dummies by Peter Conti and Peter Harris" cover to cover and have since been learning more for from several other sources, including BiggerPockets. Hungry for some action, My goal in Real Estate is to own a Cashflowing Commercial Apartment building/complex, as well as network with other people involved in Real Estate. I'm open to the idea of Residential Multifamily to start with. I would prefer to invest in areas close to Lewis Center, such as Dublin, Powell, and Westerville.
