My business partner Todd and I are known as the Flip Flop Investors. We're what you'd expect with a name like that. A couple of California guys you wont find in a suit, who don't take themselves to seriously and see investment from another angle. We founded the Inland Empire Real Estate Investment Club in 2014 and have grow it to be the best and most entertaining club in Southern California. We're only second in attendance to another club that's been around for decades. Back Porch Homes is our newest venture. Over the next 5 years we'll grow our production of tiny homes to 1000 units per year giving investors the instant ADU they always wanted without the hassle of finance and permits that make additional units so cost and time prohibited.
