About myself
My plan is to build a long distance buy-and-hold investment portfolio, and I'm currently looking in markets such as Memphis, Indianapolis, and Birmingham. I'd like to utilize the BRRRR strategy to best utilize my capital and to quickly build a portfolio of single family and small multi-family properties. By day, I'm a software developer for a property management software company.
