I am on the debt side of the multifamily business. I currently lead a fourteen-person, high-volume commercial real estate asset management team spread between multiple cities throughout the United States. On behalf of institutional investors and Government Sponsored Enterprises, my team manages the risk associated with a nationwide multifamily small balance loan portfolio containing over 45,000 units. My superpower is that I don’t exactly fit the mold. Despite nearly two decades of multifamily real estate and finance experience, I am every bit the English major, writer, and musician that I was when I walked through the door of my first "real" job. I filter the world through the mind of an artist. Where others see boxes and barriers to entry, I see an ocean of possibilities. I pick up pieces that others overlook. I approach problems from unorthodox angles. I fearlessly shake the etch a sketch. I manifest results. When I am not working, I am traveling the world, eating lots of weird things, and tapping into unique and special moments. While I am here, I am absolutely on a mission to collect life experiences.
