Hey, My name is Sterling. I'm based in LA and work full-time with Angi Home Advisor. At work, I connect contractors with customers to fulfill their home repairs and installations. I'm getting into long-term, real estate investing because I yearn to be my own boss, create an additional stream of income and begin establishing generational wealth. My focus is purchasing, renovating and renting out multi-family homes for monthly cash flow. My passion for investing has grown through reading books by Brandon Turner and Robert Kiyosaki, webinars and listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast. I'm looking to purchase my first property in LA this year. When I'm not studying investing, I'm acting and writing. I recently made my own short film and it got accepted into two film festivals!
