I obtained my real estate license in September 1985 and worked for an area broker as a salesperson and later property manager until the spring of 1994. At that time I began working at a local mortgage brokerage and moved up from local brokerages to being a loan officer for large financial institutions such as Wells Fargo, USBank, and Citi. In 2004 I left Wells Fargo to manage a net branch for Carteret Mortgage. I left there is 2006, timing is everything, and knocked around some commissioned sales positions as well as starting a web design business.. I began looking to dip a toe back into the industry in 2011-2012. I purchased my first property in 1992 and have been investing in real estate ever since. I am currently a buy and hold single-family investor but am interested in moving into small multifamily soon and working with private lenders. To be clear, I am no longer licensed as a real estate agent or mortgage loan originator. I appreciate the offers of partnerships and opportunities but I have no desire to return to either of those roles. I am always open to partnerships / JV in as an investor or even being eyes and ears on the ground in the southwest and central Ohio area.
