Steve Borodin

Hi everyone! My name is Steve Borodin and I currently live in Barnegat, NJ. I am a pilot in the Air Force, which makes me susceptible to numerous moves. One major benefit to my job is I get to travel the country and the world quite extensively, and I have gotten pretty familiar with many different cities. My original plan was to purchase a property at each location I got stationed and rent them out when I left. Although I own one SFR already, my previous strategy has proven to be too slow to achieve my goals. After spending a lot of time educating myself, attending REIA meetings, and analyzing different markets around the country I have decided to accelerate my investing by attaining more properties to actively rent out. After a lot of deliberation, I came to the conclusion that I would like to begin my active investing in Tampa, FL and the surrounding suburbs. I look forward to taking the next step, and I would love to hear from any other investors in the area who can offer any advice. I'm always eager to learn, and I can't wait to interact with all of the awesome people in this community! As of right now I own one rental property in the Tampa area, but of course I'd always love to expand.
