Steve Collins

I am currently working a full-time Job as a Depot/District manager that overlooks the greater Savannah, Ga area/Beaufort, SC/Bluffton,SC/Hilton Head,SC areas. I have over 15 years of District/Regional manager experience managing small, medium, and large groups of employees/individuals. I have work in the Real Estate and Sales arena in my earlier years right out of College. In the past, I have been mainly investing my money in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT’s). I now want to get more hands on involved in my real estate investments. I am now looking to invest in properties to use as rentals and flip houses depending on the situation and market. Currently looking at single family and multi-family properties and would like to grow into larger investments as time progresses. I am always looking for partners, investors and professionals that can team up and work together to build a strong investment team. I am willing to invest locally and long distance depending on the situation and opportunities. If interested in partnering up with me please reach out to me to talk more details.
