I'm new and currently looking to invest in real estate for the first time. I've also tried a little wholesaling in the Cleveland, Ohio market but never got a deal. By coming here to Bigger Pockets I wish to accomplish not only a wholesale deal but buy my first investment property this year(a duplex or a multifamily).
