I begin flipping SFR in the mid 90's in Orlando. After first couple of wholesale flips I met Ron Legrand and got going on his courses and did pretty houses as well as ugly houses. Then I moved to the Panama City area and after a few years started back up here until the bubble burst which cost me 4 houses I had been paying on for 6 months. I'm only just now getting brave enough to dip my toe back in the water. So here I am.
