Built a portfolio of land purchases, performing notes generating returns in the-high twenties. 43 years in credit and collections including 17 years as collection agency owner. 20 years of commercial real estate investing. I've owned 3 commercial properties and operated a 300 unit property management business for 2 years during the crash. The hardest job I've ever had. Absolutely thankless. Currently working on seller finance note purchases and land flipping. Also affordable housing partnerships and I have a new charity focused on small business and down payment assistance loans.
