I started off buying and rehabbing houses. It was fun, but not as much fun as Creative Financing. I've been doing Creative Financing for the past year. Creative financing brings to mind a great variety of things and there is no one definition for it, other than it's outside-the-box thinking on how to buy and sell property. Buying and selling through lease/purchase, owner financing, subject to, and the variations that those are all part of it. This is usually a win for both the seller and the buyer. Real Estate Goals: Continue to become an expert in the Creative financing area. I'd also like to invest in some commercial opportunities, perhaps a small B&B or coffee house. Currently Seeking: More investment opportunities for long term holding. Ones that I can purchase through creative financing are preferred.
