I work full time as a software developer, but am ready to start buying single family and/or small multi family properties, mostly to buy and hold but will also flip if it’s a better option for that property. I’m currently still learning the local market, and looking to get a better understanding of rehabbing. I’d be happy to volunteer some of my free time to someone looking for an extra hand with rehab work. I’m also happy to simply connect with other REIs to talk real estate or just to chat about anything unrelated. In my spare time I’m learning how to make good video/photo content for YouTube and other social media apps to help market when I’m more involved in real estate. I’m also trying to use my experience I’m GIS and web development to create RE related software.
