I was inspired like many others after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and discovered the power of building wealth through real estate. My real estate journey began in 2014 when I started flipping houses but eventually got into multifamily where I currently focus most of my energy. I look for multifamily apartment buildings with the potential to add value. My goal is to build a portfolio of multifamily investments that will provide passive cash flow to support my family's needs. I'm currently seeking 5+ unit apartment buildings with value add potential in Long Beach and the greater Los Angeles area. Also looking to connect with other investors in the area and on BP to share ideas, strategies and stories.
