aloha all i live in oahu/honolulu, hi work in kaneohe Experience: purchased several turnkey houses in memphis through memphis invest in the summer of 2012 in cash through a self-directed IRA used the rent proceeds and yearly contributions to do 2 syndications and a loan to a syndication in the past year and a half Real Estate Goals: getting into more syndications every couple of years so i have a diverse portfolio that will provide me with passive income, and hopefully some gain at the close of the syndication Currently Seeking: nothing currently accumulating rent and contributions have several houses with leases ending from sept '17-jan '18, so i need to hold on to reserves for move out expenses will look for new syndication opportunities once the leases are renewed or new tenants signed after any renovations are complete
