I purchased my first buy and hold rental property in October 2017 in Lansing, MI. It's a duplex that needed substantial rehab, but after lot's of learning and time, it's generating great cash flow! I'm looking to slowly grow my portfolio, targeting 10 total doors within the next 3-4 years.
