Currently reading, studying and listening to BP podcasts to learn what I need to know and then jump in. We want to collect 15-20 rentals over the next 10 years for long term equity and cash flow, SFH are fine and multifamily too if one is available. I have funding through a LOC and 401K but unsure where to start. I like New construction since it would delay Cap Ex costs for awhile, but would be interested in getting into BRRRR as well. Looking to connect with other investors to add value on the street if possible. I like the idea of driving for dollars to find deals as I am constantly on the road for my job.
