BUILD FOR RENT IN JACKSONVILLE is now my focus. The market has changed and so did I. For the past few years, I have been building new construction spec homes. It was good, very good. Mr. Powel has instructed me that I should take a break from owner-occupied spec homes. He will let me know when I should go back to building them. In the meantime, I am pivoting to BUILD FOR RENT or as some call it, BUILD TO RENT. I have built a few for my own portfolio and rented them out. It has been great, I get top-of-market rent and a higher class of tenants with virtually no maintenance costs. I have built a few for others but have largely been keeping them for my own portfolio.
