As they say: I have been in real estate for over 20 years and have seen the highs and the lows. I experienced the S&L crisis and the bust of the commercial real estate market of the late 80's early 90's. I have made money "flipping", developing, holding and the like. With the new real estate market, we need to reinvent ourselves and still make money in the real estate market. Life is about change and staying out ahead of the pack.
