I am recently beginning my journey in real estate investing. I am reading several books (recommended by BiggerPockets and others) as well as listening to the podcasts and have created a mindset ready to dive deeper into the arena. I currently live in San Francisco, CA and am looking to invest out of state (i.e. East Central region) for multi-family rental properties. Real Estate Goals: Build a system that allows me to acquire 2 multi-family rentals, out-of-state, a month consistently. Expand to other markets nationally and build a national rental portfolio. Currently Seeking: Active Real estate agents in the Louisville, Baltimore, Detroit, or Fort Wayne area that can help me acquire multiple deals over the next 6-10 months. Looking for fellow investors who are looking for serious connections to get deals done.
