I have been a MA real estate agent since 2008. I serve the entire Cape Cod and market as well as the islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. I have been a Cape Cod resident since 1957. I am a member of the Cape Cod and Islands MLS as well as MLSPIN. I am also a member of the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce. Currently Seeking: I am looking to be a bird dog for investors in this very desirable, resort market. I think that this market is best for those looking to purchase and hold as the rental market is crying for year round rentals. Luxury properties are enjoying good return in the AirBnB market.
