I have been a metal fabricator for the past six years. As great as it is to build with my hands, it is quite a toxic environment and hard on the body. Therefore I do not see it as a long term plan for myself, especially considering my financial goals are far beyond what the company I work for will ever pay me. Therefore I am pursuing a real estate agent license. I have also been investing in stocks for the past couple of years, but over the past year real estate has really sparked my interest based on what it has done for others and I am quite frankly a bit obsessed with BP. My goal for the future is to use the BRRR strategy across many buy and hold properties until I have true financial freedom and beyond!
