Steven Feit

Born in NYC and raised in NJ. Moved to FL in 1991. Enjoy helping others. I earned my FL Real Estate Brokers License about 15 years ago. I only use my real estate efforts for my own account. Experience: I have purchased single family homes and condos and have managed them as rental properties for over 15 years. I use systems to run the business and I run the systems. I sold all my holdings in 2015 and decided to reevaluate my future and am now looking for larger properties to leverage my efforts and make this more a business. Real Estate Goals: My long term future goal is to acquire many properties and make real estate a full-time endeavor. Currently Seeking: Need more knowledge to best identify properties that will suit my desires and then will seek appropriate financing.
