Steven Gillmer

I am a graduate of Texas A&M University with a background in both restaurant and automotive management. We are from the Houston area but moved to Boerne, TX in October of 2017 after spending a little over 5 years in Memphis and Nashville. We are glad to be back in our home state of Texas. Experience: I currently own one duplex in Cleveland and have bought and sold the SFRs in Memphis. I am also a limited partner in a 106 unit apartment complex in Texas and retail center in Florida. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to continue to participate as a limited partner in additional syndications while learning how the GP takes the deal full cycle. Ultimately, I plan to retire early from the job I love to become a full time syndicator. Currently Seeking: Networking multi family investors to source new deals and learn as much as possible about the process.
