Steven Hunter

Experience: I work as a Civil Engineer E.I.T for a consulting company in Kelowna, BC. I am mainly involved in the land development of residential and commercial properties. I have been doing this for the last two years. Real Estate Goals: My goal for real estate investing is to acquire enough multi-family residential properties that the passive income provides me the flexibility to pursue all of my future endeavours. My long term goal for real estate is to eventually diversify from multi-family properties and focus on residential land development.
