I am currently a home claims adjuster doing real estate on the side. I recently moved from the Albany,NY area to the Raleigh NC area. I have done 2 properties so far utilizing the BRRRR method which has proven quite effective. Looking to network in the area to continue acquiring rentals or flips. Experience: Started in REI with my first rental this year. I am looking to use the BRRRR strategy to create sufficient cashflow to replace my 9 to 5. Real Estate Goals: Create 60-80K in yearly cashflow with rental properties and flips, depending on the best fit for each property.
