I’ve spent the past 15 years in real estate — starting in single-family, scaling into large multifamily, and now focusing on creating communities that thrive both financially and socially. I’m passionate about building apartments that go beyond housing. My team and I developed an “Asset Ministry Program” model that supports residents, local nonprofits, and community engagement inside the properties we operate. It’s been one of the most rewarding parts of the journey.
