I may be new and naive but I wish to take a relaxed view on real estate. I’ve been a stock investor for 3 years now. I only know the basics but that’s all I feel like I need to know. I feel the same way about real estate. I like to focus on the “basics” and hone my skills just in that area: Buy & Hold Single Family Residence. In good school districts. I think moving too fast and learning “invaluable experiences” are over rated. Investing and educating yourself are underrated. My fiancé (23) and I (28) invest together. Although she is nervous as hell, we bought our first property while on a cruise! We love love love to travel and hope real estate can help enjoy more of it. My goals are not the number of doors I own. I want to own properties that I am proud of that I know are helping people live happier and easier lives.
