Hello! My name is Steven and I’m from San Jose, CA. I’m currently working as a Scientist in the Biotech industry and inching towards getting started on my first deal and trying to learn lots along the way! My goal is to build up my portfolio through long distance buy & hold single and multi-family rental properties through the BRRRR strategy to earn a passive income that will cover my monthly expenses! This will allow me to free up more time to pursue other interests and spend time with family and loved ones. I’m a newbie at the moment but I’m gaining lots of momentum through listening to podcasts, reading books, and analyzing listings.
