Steven Lowe

Commercial real estate professional, builder and investor. I started in 2004 as a commercial real estate broker with Marcus & Millichap, focusing on Ventura, Los Angeles and Santa Barbara County investment properties. I represented my clients in over $40MM of transactions across multiple property types including multifamily, industrial, medical office and self storage. In 2010 I moved back to Chicago and started my own business, a full service construction and development company, as a licensed General Contractor. I completed hundreds of construction and development projects including single family gut rehabs, multi family, industrial, office, restaurant, retail and gas stations. I am also a property owner and have passive real estate investments across multiple property types. My construction background, commercial real estate experience, ownership experience and strong work ethic allows me to bring significant value to any project and partnerships I am involved with. I enjoy helping others and having the opportunity to be a mentor, whether it's at a construction site, working with business partners on a deal, or even just in everyday life. I am very much into physical fitness. I'm a long time advanced level scuba diver. I work out almost every day and am quite health conscious. I run in local races in the Chicago area such as the Hot Chocolate 5K. In 2019, at 50 years old, I ran my first half marathon in Tucson, AZ.
