Diversified investor based in CA (Bay Area/ Orange County). Currently own 3 SFH in the Bay Area, 1 SFH in OC, 26 & 20 unit in OKC, and 200 lot Mobile Home Park in AL and 1 SFH in Huntsville AL without any partners. I am looking for an OOS value add 20-50 unit apartment complexes, self storage, and mobile home parks in Oklahoma and Alabama. I am interested in networking with private money lenders.
