Howdy all! I just moved to Los Angeles from Virginia and eager to get started in the market and figure out how to navigate this new area in every regard. Looking to buy for the first time, whether it be a home for myself to house hack or a multi-family as a rental property. I am quite mechanically inclined and overall very handy with anything new or unfamiliar. Labor intensive work is perhaps my strongest area of experience followed by my Craigslist Fu in regards to finding deals in the motorcycle sector and flipping. Hoping to translate this into real estate. I am a Gov't contractor in the IT field and have also been a Firefighter for over a decade. Big passion for anything motorcycle and outdoors. Cheers!
