About myself
I worked as Director of Leasing & Sales for Houston's premier industrial developer of rail-served real estate in the Port of Houston region for 5 years. Working directly under the CEO and with no upward mobility, I left the company to grow my real estate and loan origination business which had reached critical mass. My extensive development experience has exposed me to all user profiles, including those in residential, multifamily, industrial and commercial real estate.
