I have been around Real estate all my life. My Father was a Developer of Commercial Retail Buildings, Assisted Living homes and Residential. Experience: I own a Contracting company where I work with Investors to Rehab Properties for top dollar. I have experience in Developing: Retail Buildings, Apartment Buildings, Assisted Living Homes and Single family properties. Real Estate Goals: My goals are to work hand and hand with investors to develop their properties, in exchange for my skills and knowledge to own a piece of the pie. Currently Seeking: I am currently working on flip homes, willing to do joint ventures with the right partners! Also, rehabbing multi family and creating positive income properties.
