I Started a contracting company in 2016 handling all aspects of home improvement. In February 2017 I bought my first single family home rental, and purchased my first duplex in September 2018. I self perform the rehabs and self manage the properties. I am interested in growing the property business by 6 units in 2018. Edit: as 2018 is coming to an end, I just closed on my 6th door.
