Originally from New Jersey. Myrtle Beach, SC has been home base since 2009. I currently own and self manage 92 rental units across 11 properties locally and am always on the look-out for multi-family unit deals in the area. When I do get a break, I enjoy following my true passion of world travel with the ultimate goal of visiting every country.
