I'm a longtime investor - more than 20 years - who has owned numerous properties, from duplexes up to 16 unit townhouse complexes. I've BRRRR'd, flipped, and buy-and-held for as long as 15 years. I'm an Estimator/Project Coordinator for a Construction Welding and Fabrication subcontractor, was Quality Manager for a Civil Construction company (bridge rehab), an Engineering and Public Works Inspector (municipal), and a Red Seal Carpenter. In my spare time I'm working on a B. Tech in Construction Management at BCIT - nearly done. My investing focus is value-add multi-family and properties that have redevelopment potential, ideally both at the same time!
