Looking to use some of my current portfolio to scale up. Still relatively new to the real estate investing so I’m learning something new everyday. I am currently interested in small multi family and single family rentals long term or mid term rentals. I am based out of South Florida and hoping to connect with investors or anyone in the real estate world that can help me learn and grow. When I am not browsing through the MLS looking for deals I work full time in the healthcare industry as an Occupational Therapist.
