I live in San Francisco with my family. I am looking to continue investing in 1) SFHs that can be rehabbed with a 75% ARV and then financed 2) Residential multifamily properties. I own properties in Birmingham, Charlotte, Denver, Hammond and Jacksonville and would like to acquire more in those cities. Currently exploring Columbus, OH as well.
