I'm 50, with three young kids and now own a 4 and 7 unit building in CA. In the past I've done a couple 1031 exchanges and sold/moved to use the 121 exemption a couple times as well. Now, I'm trying to decide whether to sell or refinance and hold the 7 unit building and appreciate any advice from fellow investors. Having a bit of a brain freeze. Thank you.
